SHEN Dezhong, Member of Chinese Academy of Engineering
His research results are widely used in the fields of optics, laser, nonlinear optics and photorefractiveness. The projects of ¡°Nonlinear Optical Crystal-Potassium Niobate(KN)¡± and ¡°Potassium Titanyl Phosphate(KTP)¡±, hosted and researched by Mr. SHEN, have been awarded by the state for several times. He has made great contributions to the development of optoelectronic crystal of China. |

ZHANG Yaoming, Member of Chinese Academy of Engineering
He has hosted and undertaken nearly 20 national and provincial key scientific and technological projects, and has been awarded six national invention prizes and scientific and four technological progress prizes. Besides, he has published 19 papers and applied for 29 patents (18 approved). He has made creative contributions to the non-communication optical fiber and specialty glass fiber of China. |

LIU Zhijiang, National Engineering Survey and Design Master
Mr. Liu Zhijiang is the President of China National Materials Group Corporation Ltd. and Director of China National Materials Co., Ltd. He also serves as the chairman of the board of Sinoma International since April 2006. Mr. Liu has served a number of key positions in Tianjin Cement Institute. He has over 25 years of experience in China non-metal materials industry. He graduated from South China University of Technology in July 1982 majored in binding materials and is also a professorate senior engineer. |

CAI Yuliang, National Engineering Survey and Design Master
Mr. Cai Yuliang is a PH.D in silicate engineering. From 1988 to 2001, he joined Nanjing Cement Design & Research Institute, serving as a chief engineer and vice director of technical center. He has served as a director of technical center in Sinoma International Engineering Co., Ltd since 2001. Mr. Cai is responsible for Engineering technology development and application research, commissioning for the new system, system improvement, technology reproduction and management, and etc. Awarded as a National Engineering Survey and Design Masters in 2004, he receives the special allowance from the State Council. |

YU Xingmin, National Engineering Survey and Design Master
Born in 1955, Yu Xingmin graduated from Harbin Architectural Engineering Institute, majored in cement technology. He has got an EMBA from University of Texas and he is also a professorate senior engineer. Mr. Yu receives a special allowance from the state council. He is the Chairman of the Board and President of Tianjin Cement Design & Research Institute. He also serves as the Vice President of China Building Materials Federation, Vice President of China Cement Association and President of Tianjin Silicate Association.
