Once I was asked about the management essence of our corporation, I would like to put it in four phrases as "prudence, smartness, preciseness and respectfulness". As the old Chinese saying goes, a benevolent man is always careful in speech. I am not good at talking, neither is my management team. However, we treasure honesty, legislation, efficiency and performance more than others. There is another Chinese saying that goes, "A gentleman only has to act earnestly, do nothing wrong, and be respectful and polite, and all men under Heaven are his brothers." We would try our best in order to reach the best in an active and cautious way. We would like to show our respect to everyone sincerely in our business exchanges, which is the key element of our corporate culture.
